The Society held a meeting with the Supreme Council for Women on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, to discuss the terms of the committee on the integration of women’s needs in the Society. The meeting was attended by Dr. Maha Saleh Al-Shehab and Mr. Nidhal Albanaa.

The society has organized the monthly forum on Monday, February 4, 2019, at the society’s headquarters in Adliya with a title of "Fine & Kinney Risk Assessment" presented by Mr. Hassan Qambar. The forum was attended by several health and safety specialists and interested individuals from companies, ministries andgovernmental entities.

The society has organized an awareness lecture about the laws of using motorbikes in the Kingdom of Bahrain presented by the Traffic Management Department within the project ‘we want you safe’, on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the society’s headquarters. The lecture was attended by 24 motorbike drivers from Al-Abraaj Restaurant and others.

A workshop was organized by the Society in collaboration with Y Access Training Solutions entitled ‘Me No Speak English’. It was presented by Mr. Mohamed Ali Shukri, on Saturday, February 26, 2019, at the society’s headquarters in Adliya. The workshop was attended by many members and others who are interested in the matter.

In partnership with Bahrain Petroleum Company “Bapco”, the society had organized an entertainment camp for the members of the society and their families on the 6th of February, 2019 in Sakir. Variety of activities and contests were prepared in the camp.

Dr. Maha Saleh Al-Shehab has participated with a technical paper in the 3rd international conference exhibition of Health, Safety, Environment and Security in Kuwait, during the period February, 17-20, 2019. Both Mr. Hassan Shaaban, First Aid committee head, and Mr. Mohsen Altajer, board member, have participated in the conference.
